A £75 non-returnable deposit is payable at time of booking. The balance should be paid 4 weeks before your holiday begins. (Late bookings full payment to be made at time of booking)
In the case of a cancellation after the balance has been paid, I will refund the balance only if I can re-let the property for the period of your booking. If I am unable to let the property, the balance will be non returnable.
